The city has contracted with Republic Services for trash collection services.
LARGE ITEM COLLECTION NOTICE:
The fall large item collection for the City of Crandon will NOT by curbside.
There will be a large dumpster located at 904 N. Lake Ave (City Street Shop) on the following dates:
Monday, October 7th: 12:00 p.m. (noon) - 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, October 8th: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, October 9th: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, October 10th: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Friday, October 11th: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, October 12: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (noon)
You will be responsible for unloading and stacking your own items in the dumpster.
Accepted Items: Non-food household waste (clothing, small tools, housewares, dishes, bedding, etc.), Furniture (end tables, chairs, desks, chests, beds, etc.), Small Appliances - NO FREON (toasters, hair dryer, lamp, radio, plug in tools, etc.)
Prohibited Items: Freon Appliances, Tires, Metal, Electronics (TV, Printer, Monitor, etc.), Batteries, Fluorescent bulbs, Construction/demolition material (desks, shingles, carpet, etc.), Yard Waste, Vehicle Parts, Weapons.
